Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@blueacetrading.com to receive a return authorisation and instructions on our return process.
- Non-returnable items: Certain products, such as customised items, opened safety gear (such as respirators), or products that have been used, cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or model, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. The item being returned must meet the eligibility criteria above.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot accept responsibility for goods that are not delivered back to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can still return the items within our standard return window.
